While we strive to build the best products with durability and longevity in mind, life happens: things break. So we offer the following warranty:
If you own an authentic B&T product and it breaks, we’ll repair or replace it.
- Honoring our commitment of Support for a Lifetime means any/all repairs are done in house at B&T Industries Global Headquarters. This ensures any repair is made to current specifications and processed through Quality Control keeping the Lifetime Warranty valid if future claims arise.
- If you or someone else disassembles and loses or breaks any parts to modify a B&T product, you are doing so at your own risk and liability, such actions void the product’s Lifetime Warranty. We will make such repairs at the following rates:
- Accu-Shot Monopod = $75.00 labor plus parts
- Atlas Bipod = $105.00 labor plus parts
- Due to unapproved aftermarket products that require the disassembly of our products for installation, as of February 1, 2023, there will be a flat rate of $105.00 per Leg Bolt Replacement/Repair regardless of circumstance. And a flat rate of $105.00 per Pivot Bolt Replacement/Repair.
- This warranty applies to our authentic, made in America B&T products including those that have been refinished then assembled with our proof mark showing that we did the work.
- This warranty does not cover the loss of product or any item that cannot be returned and physically verified.
- B&T product owners are responsible for shipping the B&T product to us. We will make the necessary repairs or replacement and ship the product back at no charge.
- All warranty work is between the end user and B&T Industries. Authorized Stocking Retailers are to direct customers with any defective or warranty related issues to B&T Industries for resolution.
- Please Note: B&T Industries LLC’s warranty does not apply to counterfeit, copy, fake or knockoff Atlas Bipods. We will, however, accept these counterfeits, copies, fakes and knockoffs for the Wright Project.
- All replacement parts we offer for sell are can be found on our Hardware Page If it is not listed, we do not sell it.

We understand that the life and circumstances of a product needing repaired are unique. After over 25 years, we have heard many stories and we used those to craft our Lifetime Warranty as a framework to make the repair in a fair and honest fashion in the hopes the consumer is being fair and honest with us. We are in this for the long-term relationships.
The more information we have about the product’s life and circumstances, the more effective we can be to readily offer a solution. And in some cases help us improve our products for future marksmen requiring support.
Last, regarding aftermarket products, we never want to stand in the way of any entrepreneurial spirit chasing their American Dream, but we do strongly caution and encourage those that try to read and believe what the warranty and policy states. Changes to our products are common and will continue. You don’t need our approval to make an aftermarket accessory for our products, but if you are instructing your customers to disassemble ours, you owe it to them to make them aware of our warranty and policy.
