CURRENT SHIPPING NOTICE:

Severe weather across the USA may impact the processing, transportation, and delivery of your package. If you have not received your package within 5-10 days, please reach out to us and we will be happy to open a service inquiry. SHIPPING

Thank you for considering our products, and if you have already purchased them, thank you for your business!

Upon receiving an order, we will pack and generate a shipping label within 1-3 business days. Orders placed with the “Express” shipping option will be prioritized for faster packing and an expedited “Express” shipping label.

Standard, domestic USA shipments typically take between 3-5 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

International shipments typically take between 6-15 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed. Please note, all international shipments are subject to the destination country’s customs processes, which can add up to 10 weeks to the shipping time.

Any transit delays are beyond our control, but we are happy to assist with inquiries, initiate a service investigation, or help file a claim.

Over the years, we have encountered sudden increases in demand that have depleted our inventory and put our products in a backlog. In those instances, we’ve always kept our customers informed. While we aim to prevent this, if it occurs again, we will provide a notice with projected delivery dates (if available) and alternative sources.

RETURNS

For customers who have purchased our products and wish to return them for a refund:

  • 0 to 30 Days for a 100% Refund: If returning a product within 30 days from the purchase date, we require the B&T Industries receipt, product in new/unused condition, and original packaging.
  • 30 to 90 Days for a 50% Refund: If returning a product between 30 to 90 days from the purchase date, we require the B&T Industries receipt.
  • We do not offer refunds past 90-plus days. We recommend resale on a 3rd party.
  • To arrange for a Return, complete the Contact Us form. When asked, “What is this regarding?” select the “Return and Exchange” option.

NOTES FOR RETURN: Only product(s) purchased directly from B&T Industries are eligible for return. The B&T Industries receipt is required for the refund. Be sure to package the product(s) to protect it so it arrives securely.

If a product was purchased through one of our Authorized Stocking Retailerss, please contact them regarding their return policy. For defective or warranty related issues, see our Lifetime Warranty.


EXCHANGES

For customers that want to exchange their current used Accu-Shot Monopod® or Atlas Bipod® for a different model:

  • We will give 50% of the original retail value of your used unit toward the purchase price of the new Monopod or Bipod.
  • Domestic USA customers will be charged $10.95 for shipping and handling. International customer’s shipping charges will be determined at the time of processing.
  • This offer does not apply to counterfeit, copy, fake, or knockoffs. See our Wright Project.
  • To initiate the Exchange, merchandise must be verified authentic B&T Product(s).
  • To arrange for the Exchange, complete the Contact Us form. When asked, “What is this regarding?” select the “Return and Exchange” option to upload the image for verification.
